1. Order Cancellations

  • You can cancel your order within 4 hours of placing it by contacting our customer support team at omegasuppermart@gmail.com or on +91 9335995933 (WhatsApp).
  • If your order has already been processed or shipped, we will not be able to cancel it.

2. Refunds

  • If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  • After verification, we will provide either a full refund or a replacement for the affected item.
  • Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method within 7 business days.

3. Returns

  • To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • Return shipping charges will be borne by the customer, unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • Return requests must be initiated within 24 hours of product delivery.

4. How to Initiate a Return or Refund

  • Email us at omegasuppermart@gmail.com with your order number and a short description of the issue.
  • Our team will provide you with return instructions and assist in processing your refund/replacement.
  • If a replacement is requested, it must be raised within 24 hours of delivery. Replacement orders will be delivered within 5–7 business days.

5. No COD Available

  • Please note that Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available for Omega Super Mart orders. All payments must be made online via our secure payment gateways.
